Our Distribution System
In general, our buildings are available through a large network of independent, locally owned businesses acting as Lester Building Dealers. Lester Building Systems is a material supplier to these businesses. Construction (labor) agreements are between the Buyer and the Dealer.
In parts of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois, company employed Territory Managers oversee direct sales and service.
Where you build determines your distributor. Material-only building packages may be an option, if the Buyer prefers alternative labor.

Merlin Kessler 
The old adage "If you want to get something done, ask a busy man" rings true for Merlin. He grew up farming and raising livestock, though his love for building was fostered at his father's side, learning to use his hands to create beautiful wooden pieces. In 1984 they put their talents together and launched Kessler Construction and have been blessed with a thriving business these thirty-four plus years. Merlin has had years of experience in metal buildings with trusted brands. He has passed down wise advice that we take care of our customers. He has taught his employees advertising is great, but the very best advertisement is a satisfied customer. Merlin and his wife live in the Sawyer area and have three grown children and though gardening and fishing would be high on his list of interests, if you want to see the spark in his eyes, just ask about his six grandchildren.
Clayton Kessler 
Clayton is Merlin's son. He too grew up tagging along beside his father, and got his "first job" in construction, sweeping sawdust on the job site moving up the ladder from there and with an inherited talent for the trade. Though he was good at what he did, Clayton decided in his late teens that his mission was to help others and went into the emergency medical service, working as paramedic for several years. The pull was strong and in 2016 he approached his father about buying into the business and becoming partners. So history repeats itself and once again father and son are working side by side. Clayton and his wife live near Pratt and have two busy sons.
