Meet Your Local Territory Manager!
After many years in the aviation business, Allen turned to the construction industry. He owned a
building design, sales and construction company in northern Illinois. During this time, he was
responsible for the sale and construction of both code and non-code buildings, managing his own
construction crews and working with subcontractors. His prior construction industry experiences have
equipped him with the skills needed to assist customers in their building decisions. He understands
that building often involves difficult and sometimes emotional decisions. Allen has the ability to
assist his customers in making those decisions by sorting through the issues and providing customers
with the facts they need to make their decisions.

Allen and his family reside in the rural Durand area, where they ride their two horses on local trails.
Allen's daughter and son are both active in sports and school-related activities. Allen enjoys outdoor
activities and is especially fond of sharing his knowledge and experiences of fishing and hunting with
his children.
Raised in the rural area of Wisconsin with experience in both the dairy and equine business, Allen
knows the importance of hard work and the necessity of having a satisfied customer at the completion of
a project. Allen understands that the referral portion of his business is very important. He says, "I
receive great satisfaction from seeing the smile on the face of a satisfied customer." It is this work
ethic that Allen employs when dealing with customers.
