Brian has been in the post-frame construction industry for nearly a quarter of a century. His career started with a regional post-frame contractor based in the Lancaster, PA area. While there, he worked in many different areas of the company. He especially enjoyed designing and selling structures that met his customer’s expectations in function as well as their budgets. If you ask any of his customers, they would testify to Brian’s commitment to provide the best solution for their building needs. He’s knowledgeable in all building markets including commercial buildings, back yard hobby shop/storage buildings, and horse barns/equine centers. Brian can help make your dreams a reality!
Brian grew up in the construction industry. His father is a land developer and custom home builder. Brian spent many summers and school breaks working along side his father learning basic construction techniques as well as finishing the smallest details. Brian applies this experience to Lester Buildings by reviewing each of his projects with an eye for the architectural details that will make your post-frame building aesthetically pleasing while also adding value to your overall property long-term. His experience will also set your new Lester building apart from your neighbor’s pole barn!
Brian spent time on the board of directors for the National Frame Building Association. He is excited to share his passion for post-frame construction with his new and previous customers in Virginia.

Brian resides in the Winchester, VA area with his wife. He spends winters officiating high school boys and girls basketball games. During the fair weather months he enjoys the local wineries and many different forms of auto racing.
