Dale Pankow's 24 years in the business have taught him the value of listening very carefully to individual customer's wants and needs, and finding an economical Lester building solution specifically for them. He will personally assist his customers through the entire buy and build process, from initial design to project completion.

Dale received the company's prestigious Cup Club Award in 1990 and again in 2000. This honor is presented in recognition of superior performance within the company and is only awarded to a few select individuals each year.

Dale is a life-long resident of southeast Wisconsin. His building career has taken him from building crews, to project management, to sales consultant. This experience gives Dale the knowledge to help you get the best building and the best value for your budget.

Dale is married and has a son and a daughter. He enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
