Before joining Lester, Mike worked as an independent contractor in the Red Wing area. His construction experience, however, goes back more than 20 years. In that time he has worked in all facets of the business, from the actual construction of buildings to the one-on-one consulting that it takes to get a project started. Understanding the process from financing to permitting to construction helps to make for a worry-free building project.

Mike received the prestigious Cup Club Award in 2004. This honor is presented in recognition of superior performance within the company and is only awarded to a few selected individuals each year.
