Since his start in the lumber business in 1973, Rich has focused on his customers. After eight years of sales and estimating experience in the lumber business, Rich became part owner in a farm building business in North Dakota. From there he decided to expand his industry horizons by joining a livestock equipment manufacturer in sales and customer service.

His combination of work experiences has built a foundation of knowledge that Rich applies daily to his customers' building projects. He has an in-depth understanding of the farm and commercial community that he uses with each project. And his years in the customer service role have helped him understand the diverse needs of all customers.

Rich lives in the Green Bay area with his wife. When not busy helping customers turn their building dreams into reality, Rich enjoys spending time with his family.
