Rick Dwyer has been in the post-frame construction industry for more than fifteen years. In that time, he has had experience in sales, estimating, and project management. He was drawn to Lester Buildings not only by the quality of the product but also by the visual appeal of their buildings.

His attention to detail, desire to make the product please the customer and suit the landscape make him very easy to work with.

"Customer satisfaction is my highest priority," says Rick. "I want my customers to be well taken care of. I enjoy the thrill and satisfaction of taking someone's dreams and making them a reality."

Born and raised in Virginia, Rick lives in Culpeper with his wife and two children. He has served his community for over thirty years as a volunteer firefighter.
