Ron began his career with Lester Buildings, LLC. in 1977 in the order
management area preparing engineering and construction drawings and material estimating
for all types of projects. His associate arts degree in architectural drafting and
estimating enabled him to provide extraordinary levels of service to all customers in
the agricultural and light commercial industry.
During his first 15 years at Lester Buildings, LLC., Ron mastered the
technical aspect of Lester product and design. In the second part of his career, the
emphasis has been in the design, pricing and customer service related areas providing
assistance in numerous "state of the art" projects that have benefited many of our
customers. His wealth of product knowledge lends itself very nicely to providing the
best possible "building solution" in the marketplace. At a glance he truly understands
how to blend design and product functionality to raise the level of excellence. It is
this level of service that allows Lester Buildings, LLC. to be a leader in the building
industry.
Ron received the prestigious Cup Club Award in 2003 and 2005. This honor is presented in recognition of superior performance within the company and is only awarded to a few selected individuals each year.

Ron currently resides in Lester Prairie, MN along with his wife and 3
daughters. Ron is an avid sports fan, promoting all ages of local sports. He has spent
several years volunteering his time coaching youth athletics, particularly his daughter's
teams. In addition, Ron has been active on the Lester Prairie City Council.
