• Builder must complete required new builder training programs and participate in ongoing training, meetings, etc.
• Builder must be an active local marketer and demonstrate a commitment to using Lester-provided marketing programs, tools and assistance.
• Builder must set-up and activate their exclusive eBuildings online pricing website within 30 days of official appointment date.
• Builder must meet customer service metrics with a view toward maintaining good will toward the Builder and Lester Buildings.
• Builder must know local building code requirements, have solid relationships with local building officials and have the ability to tap into the local labor pool as business expands.
• Builder must regularly log-in to LesterNet, the company's official dealer-only website to download monthly price files, stay up to date on new programs and policies, etc.
