	Gift may not be substituted with a discount.
	Limit one gift per building ordered.
	Lester Buildings reserves the right to substitute an equivalent brand/ model in case of stock-outs.
	Applies to new orders placed on or after November 18, 2011, meeting a minimum material net package requirement of $5,000.
	Installation/assembly not included.
	Excludes all parts orders, partial building orders, steel buildings and hog structures.
	Gift value is based on value of building material package ordered.
	Customers are eligible to receive the gift (TMs/Dealers are NOT eligible). Gift will be shipped approximately the same time as the building materials; a valid shipping address and phone number are required in the Improv order.
	Promotion is only valid with November 2011 Improv Price File – and Price Files going forward (not valid with October 2011 Price File).
	TM/Dealer must enter the gift part # into the Improv order. If a gift is not selected, no gift will be shipped and TM/Dealer will be responsible for any gift costs and delivery costs to the customer.
