By now you may be wondering just what is a "building system?" It's all about what happens before your Lester is delivered to your site. Unlike other types of building practices, Lester structures are delivered pre-engineered and pre-manufactured at a Lester factory to your exact requirements and local codes. In short, Lester buildings come ready to build, right down to the last piece of trim.

But the pre-engineering of Lester buildings starts long before a Lester dealer or building crew ever begins working on your building. Indeed, separate components and connections, as well as their endless combinations, are tested in a variety of full-scale tests at Butler's Research and Development Center in Grandview, MO.

Some people may think of pre-engineered buildings as being "off the shelf," pre-fab and inflexible. Nothing could be further from the truth as Lester structures can be trimmed-out with any number of wall and roof options -- inside and out. These are custom buildings in every sense of the word allowing Lester structures to take on literally any shape, style and finish desired.
