Since I have been farming, I have always dreamed of owning my own farm shop. As my business expanded, I realized that I needed more than just a farm shop; I needed a place I could also house my growing cattle order buying business. With the help of Lester Buildings and Neville Construction, my dreams came true as we designed and built a multipurpose facility complete with a shop, office, and conference room.

I would like to take this opportunity to express how pleased we are with our Lester building. Our new office has been in the plan for over three years and it marks a 25-year milestone for our family business. To see it all come together has been very gratifying.

Hallmark Builders did a fine job getting us into a quality building with the budget we gave them to work with. The finished product has left us with a showcase property for our company. Our new facility is located along I-76 just outside of Fort Morgan and even months after the completion of our project we still get comments and inquiries on a daily basis on the impressive office building that our local Lester builder constructed for us.

We proudly refer the Lester name. We could not have asked for a more quality finish job on both exterior and interior. From the crew framing the building to the interior painters, the end result was a job well done. While we hope we have built an office large enough, if there are any future considerations to add to our facilities, you can be certain a Lester Building will always be in the running. I am enjoying my building and am proud to be a Lester building owner. Thanks for a great product. By the way, we have had two severe wind storms since my building was put up. One storm had 65-mph winds, the other over 50-mph winds. The building did not move at all!
