We had selected Lester Building Systems to build our horse barn out of 6 different companies based on their excellent reputation as the premier pole barn builder in our area. Four companies presented proposals and estimates to us and we choose Lester based on their professional presentation of the construction, building technology and wide range of options as well as a competitive price. Lester was the company who could offer us a premier pole building with high-grade materials, long-term experience with a building of this size, great attention to detail and wide variety of trim and detail options.

The Lester proposal included all of the speced items in detail, the proposal was presented as requested and we appreciated the professionalism of the sales manager, as well as his knowledge of the building, building process and technology and it’s options.

The Lester crew started and finished the building ahead of schedule. The building process itself was fast and professional. Each member of the Lester building crew was a skilled and experienced craftsman – working hard each day. The crew foreman kept us informed about the building process and frequently updated us. The job site was always kept clean and organized. After the building was completed, the crew foreman and the sales manager walked us through the whole building, ensuring that everything was done to our satisfaction.

The entire process – from the initial contact with Lester to the final walk-through – was managed with experience, knowledge and professionalism. We could not be happier with our Lester building and would recommend Lester to our friends anytime

When we decided to build a new work shop/storage garage we knew that we wanted to build a pole type building. What we did not want was an ordinary pole building. We wanted a building that would compliment our lake home. We contacted our Lester Building's representative through the internet after receiving an expensive estimate from a different, well known builder in our area. Corey Larsen came to my workplace and while I was working, he entered our building wishes on his laptop. We also provided him with a picture of what we wanted our building to look like. He then printed out a picture of our building and an estimate that we were very happy with. Lester Building's crew was very efficient and did a beautiful job on our building. Sieben Hybrids, Inc. needed more space for storage of seed products and an efficient office area for our administrative staff. Since there was no room for expansion at our current location, constructing a facility at a location approximately one mile from the production plant was necessary. We contacted Bob Johnson Construction, Inc. of Geneseo, IL and presented our situation. They were receptive to our ideas and immediately put a plan in place on helping us accomplish our goals. The quotation was detailed and listed all the specifications in an organized manner so we could make adjustments easily. From the initial contact to the completed project, we felt more confident that our decision to purchase a Lester building and work with Bob and his crew was the right choice and have not hesitated to recommend both to anyone that inquires.
