In general, our buildings are available through a large network of independent, locally owned
Lester Building Dealers. In parts of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois, company-employed
Territory Managers oversee sales and service. Where you build determines your distributor.

The philosophy of K-Van Construction is to seek and design the most innovative and cost-effective building solutions in response to each customer's individual needs in ways that maximize long-term satisfaction. K-Van Construction understands that planning a new structure or facility involves many difficult decisions and can be stressful at times. That 's why we serve each customer with the “Golden Rule” - in other words, we serve the way we'd want to be served if we were the customer.
Todd has been involved with the construction business since 1986, starting out as a carpenter and crew foreman. He then moved into a sales position and is now serving as K-Van's Vice President. Todd is also responsible for managing the building crews. In his spare time he enjoys water-skiing, hunting and spending time with his wife Joy, daughter Mandy and son Cody.
Scott started with K-Van Construction as a carpenter in 1994. He then accepted a sales position and now is responsible for new building sales in North Central Iowa. Some other responsibilities include repair estimates and warranty follow-up. In his spare time he enjoys golf, hunting, and spending time with his wife Michelle and daughter Calli.
