Additional features include: Custom horse stalls (by others) for optimal horse care Clopay overhead doors and AJ service doors for daily use and equipment access Concrete floors throughout key areas Hayfield vinyl windows in viewing spaces for natural light Cupolas with integrated lighting (lites) for ventilation and visual impact Gutters for long-term water management The property is enhanced with landscaping, water features, and outdoor lighting, creating a truly resort-style equestrian environment. Interior spaces include seating and gathering areas, making this facility ideal for both training and hosting.
