Located in Gary, Indiana for over 119 years, Pangere operates from a 20,000 square-foot office on 11 acres with various for our carpentry, metal fabrication, sandblasting and shop painting. The Pangere Corporation provides top-quality commercial, healthcare, and industrial construction services for the Chicagoland / Northwest Indiana marketplace and has been building post-framed and pre-engineered buildings for over 50 years and are able to furnish and install a Lester Post-Framed building with our high-skilled in-house carpenters. If a complete turn-key project is desired we are also able to provide everything from the architectural-engineering design services to site infrastructure and parking lots to all the HVAC, Electrical and interior finishes of a Post-Framed building.

The Pangere Team will be led by Division Manager, Jim Vermillion. Jim has over 25+ years' experience in commercial and institutional markets. He will leverage his unique and relevant expertise to drive project consistency and promote the success of his team's projects. He is driven to find solutions to challenges on complex construction projects, promoting client advocacy, developing the next generation of construction leaders, and driving company strategies and initiatives. Jim Vermillion will be supported by Sarah Hennrich, Project Manager Assistant and a team of project managers and estimators.
