Crew Leader of the Year: Luke Case

Lester Prairie, MN (March 14, 2019) – The National Frame Building Association (NFBA) awarded Luke Case of Lester Building Systems as Crew Leader of the Year at the 2019 National Frame Builders Expo in Louisville, Kentucky. The NFBA annually recognizes Crew Leaders who exemplify customer service, quality workmanship and dedication to the post-frame industry. 

 

Dan Hogan, Sales Territory Manager at Lester Building Systems nominated Case. “Luke always has a ‘can-do’ attitude,” said Hogan. “He takes customer service very seriously and has many happy customers,” and “I am proud to have such a dedicated employee working on our team!”

Case joined Lester Building Systems in 2006 as a Construction Crew Member and after three months was promoted to Crew Leader due to his eagerness to learn and positive attitude. He consistently is a 
top-performing Crew Leader, achieving high productivity and quality goals. As a result, Case has earned many awards over the years, which he has displayed at home. Case is known for his cheerfulness and ability to teach young carpenters the skills they need to be successful.  

“I’m honored,” said Case. “It’s nice to be recognized for going the extra mile.” 

Along with a plaque to add to his Lester trophy collection, Luke received $1,000 from American Building Components.

In his spare time, Case likes to spend time with his wife and fish with his two teenage sons.
